Blue Camp participants enrolled as Bears (ages 9-10) or Grizzlies (ages 11-12) can look forward to action-packed days filled with new adventures, quality time with friends, and opportunities to explore their interests. Bears and Grizzlies engage in three morning activities and three afternoon activities, ranging from trying out new sports to enjoying creative arts and crafts.
Activity Scheduling for Bears and Grizzlies
Bears and Grizzlies who enroll in two-week sessions can create customized activity schedule at the time of registration by selecting from Add-On Elective Activity Options available for each session. For Bears and Grizzlies participants enrolled in one-week sessions, campers will be given a pre-set activity schedule made up of a selection of Blue Camp’s most widely enjoyed classes.
Bears and Grizzlies Swimming and Archery
Swimming and archery are only available to Bears and Grizzlies participants enrolled in a two-week camp session who have also selected swimming and/or archery as one of their Add-On activities in our CampDoc registration portal.
The table below shows the Elective Activity Options that Bears and Grizzlies campers enrolled in two-week sessions can choose from. Campers can customize their entire schedule based on activity availability. Our registration portal CampDoc will offer several dropdown menus that will show you your class options for each hour, and participants will use these options to build their schedules.
Important Note: When registering for a two-week session, participants may select each Add-On activity only once. Campers scheduled for the same activity at multiple hours will have their schedules manually adjusted based on availability to ensure variety in their participation.

Activities with Friends
To guarantee that campers registered for Bears and Grizzlies two-week sessions attend the same activities as their friends, families must coordinate during registration to select the same Add-On activities in our registration portal CampDoc at the same times. Since camper schedules are created by families at the time of registration, this is the only way to ensure that friends are placed in the same classes.
Important Note: Campers enrolled in two-week Bears and Grizzlies sessions are not scheduled with those enrolled in one-week sessions, even if the one-week sessions are consecutive.
