Recreation & Wellbeing’s Customer Service Center provides membership sales, passport services and locker sales to the UC Berkeley community. The Customer Service Center is currently open for locker rentals, membership assistance, and passport services, on an appointment-only basis.
Hours of Operation
The Customer Service Center is currently open Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (PST.) and Saturday 9:30am – 4:00pm on an appointment-only basis.
Please note, the Customer Service Center and passport services will be unavailable on all UC Berkeley administrative holidays. Our office will be closed on the following dates:
- Monday, September 2, 2024
- Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (PST)
