Increase your strength and fitness level by learning how to use free weights and weight-lifting machines correctly in a safe and welcoming environment. Strength training prevents osteoporosis and other conditions that limit mobility so you can spend time being active with your loved ones.

You’ll find a range of traditional and specialty instruction to meet your fitness goals and skill level. Our trainers can help you achieve your goals. Our goal is to inspire individuals and groups to feel invigorated and motivated. We do that by creating Pilates instruction that is fun, challenging, and of course, rewarding.
Sign up fast, there are only two spots per offering. Prices range from $120-$140 for sessions meeting once per week and $240-$280 for sessions meeting twice per week.
