Co-Ed classes cover all apparatus in both Men’s and Women’s gymnastics programs.
Co-Ed Beginning
This class is an introductory class that learn both men’s and women’s apparatus. Gymnasts will focus on skill progressions, and enhancing their listening skills. Classes reinforce fundamental skills, while learning the safe body-shapes for more advanced skills.
Eligibility
Ages: 6+ years old
Prerequisite: Co-Ed Beginning is an introductory class for students age 6 and above, no previous experience is required.

Co-Ed Intermediate
This class is designed for gymnasts motivated to improve their skill and strength requirements. Gymnasts who advance to this class will have the opportunity to experience and learn both men’s and women’s apparatus. Gymnasts will master more challenging skills on all events, as well as experience an increase in difficulty with strength and conditioning.
Eligibility
Prerequisite: Successful completion of all Girls Beginning 3 or Boys Beginning Skills.
