Note: you will need to make a reservation with RSF locker room staff to secure a court. Call (510) 642-8345.
Location
Three blocks south from the main campus, the Channing Tennis Courts are located just above the Ellsworth Parking Structure, bordered by Channing, Haste Street, and Ellsworth Street.
Access
The Channing Tennis Courts are available to Cal Rec Club members for recreational tennis. To access the courts, you will need to swipe your "activated" Cal ID card at the entrance gate. To activate your card, please email us at rsweb@berkeley.edu. Please include your ID number (the set of numbers just below your name on the front of the ID card) and the entire string of red numbers and letters on the back of your card. Once we receive your numbers, we will activate your card remotely. This will take about one week. If your card does not have the red numbers on the back, you need to come to the RSF cashiering window to get a special access card.

Description
Nine outdoor hardcourts and a backboard hitting area. No evening court lights. Note: these courts are also used by the Cal Men's and Women's Tennis Teams.
