Visiting another school? Use their Rec Center for free when you travel! Rec Sports has joined the NIRSA Health & Wellness Passport Program. Our participation in this program means that Berkeley faculty and staff that are Cal Rec Club members can use the recreational facilities of other participating schools for free when they travel.
NIRSA (the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association, of which we are an Institutional Member) hosts an online voucher-request system to make the process straightforward and consistent across all the participating institutions.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to get started:
- Come by the RSF membership desk and ask for a passport voucher.
- We will verify your eligibility and then complete a simple online form to request a voucher on your behalf.
- NIRSA staff will email a printable voucher directly to you within two business days.
- The voucher is good for 30 days and will allow you entry to the recreational facilities of other NIRSA Member Institutions that have opted in.
Please note: each facility has the right to limit the use of their facilities by any individual to seven visits in a calendar year.
